Working alongside Howells architects for Regal on this ambitious and sensitive redevelopment in east London, andSeventy produced a selection of content to first aid the design development of this circa 1,500 unit scheme, with us then being instructed to produce imagery for a milestone planning application in early 2024.

This new development will see a ground floor cafe, community hub, 7,400m² of new open space including place areas, landscaped gardens and family sized apartments featuring panoramic views.
